One thing has remained constant – Gunn. Bruce Gunn founded our firm and, although he is no longer with us, he continues to be a source of inspiration for the firm.
Bruce Gunn excelled in defending impaired driving offences. Impaired driving, driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit and refusal cases are charges which many lawyers do not feel comfortable defending. The law changes almost daily and often lawyers need to know the scientific background behind the breath-testing procedures currently in use. Bruce Gunn had the imagination, creativity, knowledge and drive needed to successfully defend impaired driving cases. The lawyers he trained at Gunn Law Group and those who have joined the firm since his passing are well-positioned to launch a vigorous defence of these cases.
