Pam - Office Administrator
Originally from southwestern Ontario, Pam has been our receptionist since 1994. While unofficially occupying the role for many years, she officially became the Office Administrator of Gunn, Prithipaul & Hatch in 2008. Pam is the person with whom you will probably speak when you call the office the first time. Pam also is responsible for some secretarial duties, although many are managed by Carrie. You can ask Pam about disclosure requests. Pam is the secretary who schedules the appointments with clients.
Kelsey - Legal Assistant & Firm Bookkeeper
Kelsey was born and raised in Alberta. Kelsey joined our firm in 2008. She is a golf enthusiast. When not on the golf course, Kelsey works primarily with Shannon. If you have questions about your account you can ask Kelsey for clarification.
Florence - Legal Assistant / Assistante Légale
Florence grew up in a family of 13 on a farm in a French community in Saskatchewan. She later moved to Manitoba where Florence met her husband. They moved around quite a bit because of Florence’s husband’s work. They decided to settle down in Alberta in October, 2002 and in February, 2003, Florence joined our firm. Florence works primarily with Ravi. She is completely bilingual in French and English.

Carrie - Legal Assistant
Originally hailing from Newfoundland, Carrie joined our firm in 2001, and except for a brief period in 2003 has been steadily employed with our office. Carrie assists with the lawyer’s files and is the students’ assistant. Carrie is often the person who coordinates the office diary and sets trial dates.
Erin - Legal Assistant
Erin came to our firm in 2009. We had our eye on her for a while before she joined us. Her background was in the hotel industry but something told us she would fit in well here. Erin works primarily with Deborah.
